A search of his Life Camp residence yielded 800 grams of skunk and 2.70kg of drug-laced cookies. Additional operations in Ogun, Taraba, Oyo, Edo, and Kano states led to the recovery of hundreds of kilograms of skunk and thousands of opioid pills, with several suspects arrested.

Commending the operations, NDLEA Chairman Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Rtd) praised officers across DOGI, Delta, Kaduna, Oyo, Taraba, Kano, FCT, and Edo Commands for their arrests and seizures. He also highlighted ongoing War Against Drug Abuse sensitization lectures delivered to schools and institutions nationwide, noting the agency’s balance between drug supply reduction and demand reduction efforts.
