A 30-year-old man has allegedly been killed by a husband for attempting to woo his wife in Lumbu community, Ningi Local Government Area.
Security expert and analyst Zagazola Makama disclosed that the incident occurred at approximately 2:09 a.m. on Friday when Sanusi Tinau, the deceased, allegedly visited the home of an unidentified male to entice his wife.
According to the report , the husband violently attacked Tinau, beating him into unconsciousness prior to fleeing the scene.
Prompt action by police operatives resulted in the evacuation of the victim to the General Hospital, Ningi, where medical personnel confirmed his demise.
Ongoing efforts aim to capture the fleeing suspect as the investigation unfolds.
