The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the discovery of the decomposing body of Azamba Midowosso Joseph, a Togolese citizen, in his apartment at Silver Estate, Idimu, Lagos.
Sources disclosed that the incident occurred on Oct. 22 after Gabriel Folunsho Ogunrotimi noticed a foul odour emanating from the residence of the deceased at No. 11, Michael Adeboye Street.
.According to sources, Ogunrotimi, the building’s landlord, traced the odour to the tenant’s apartment and, upon peering through the window, discovered Joseph’s lifeless body lying on the bed.
