Engineer Falobi graduated from University of Lagos in 1987 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a .certified engineer and a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE). He is also a Chartered Manager and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Directors (FCIoD). Falobi is the Bobajiro of Ijesa Land in Osun State.
